What's wrong with this picture? If you look closely at the picture above, you will note that all the Marines pictured are bowing their heads. That's because they are praying at a recent ceremony honoring the birthday of the Corps.

But, of course, it has the ACU up in arms complaining, "These are federal employees, on federal property and on federal time. For them to pray is clearly an establishment of religion, and we must nip this in the bud immediately."

What's wrong with the picture? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

It is a beautiful tribute to our amazing Military and the sacrifices that they and their families make to protect OUR precious freedoms! Please take a moment to read and the next time you meet a veteran, see a man or woman in uniform, or run into a family member of someone in the Service, will you just consider thanking them. I've done this countless times and the responses are amazing. Some are so stunned they are just speechless, some so appreciative that you'd think they'd just won the lottery, and some, many actually, have teared up with appreciation for just a simple "Thank you, Sir. or Thank you Maam."
